Chokes me up.  Too many clients/friends who have "died twice".  Two 
instances now defending clients, who had no idea at all what was 
happening, before the IRS.  No relative with a  POA, (= no fee), but IRS 
agents who were willing to throw it all into their black hole (no more 
collection efforts).
