Please. :-) I mean I've photographed some weird and wild animals in my day, predominantly the human breed. But Alligator close-ups? Not on your life nor mine.:-) As the saying goes.... "I'm drawing a line in the swamp!" about that! Dang it would hurt so much! I mean for the alligator trying to chew this tough old son of gun, it would break it's teeth as I fought back whacking him with my M8 swinging it by the neck strap! :-) As I understand, they move faster than a human when they make their initial lunge for the first bite. So do take great care if for some totally crazy death defying reason you should attempt this again..... "DO BE CAREFUL!" And have some one with a big gun just in case! :-) cheers, Dr. ted.
