Hi Daniel,
1/ Not on your life ever again! :-) Leica or Canon..... that's it!
2/ I've never had any battery problems since batteries were incorporated in
the design of camera operation simply because I've always had spare
batteries! Never occurred to me not to have a spare. After all, surely we
all have a "spare tire for the car?" Don't we? Same principal! :-)
Actually learned the spare battery thing many many years ago when we
required them for flash bulbs! :-) Now that's a long time ago on Speed
Graphic 4X5 cameras! :-)
Need I say more about the logic behind having a spare battery? :-)
