Back in the 1930s, when Senator Theodore Bilbo was the loudest politician in my home state of Mississippi, he was always greeted at the county courthouse with a spread of Brunswick Stew. To the best of my recollection, they used goat meat in preparing it. What do your folks use for the meat?
