A minimum of 30 minutes is magical! :-) Quietly set a goal and go for it without setting it to kill yourselves.. I don''t mean that literally, but one that is reasonable and reachable. then move on from there. As many of you know I set a goal to do 80 sit-ups for my 80th birthday a couple of years ago and made it a few times to 90 before the birhday date. I'm in the process of doing something similar for May 27th this year on my 82nd birthday. Both of these right after the other in one session. Then pour myself a very very good single malt.. but only if I make it! :-) Have no fear I shall make my goal and then some! The goal? 82 sit ups immediately followed by 82 squats and stands. Talk about hard abs? Move over Charles Atlas... oh yeah he's long gone.
