I think a later SIII prism (or a chimney vf) is needed due to the height of
the M8.

If a screw mount 280mm then the OUBIO (16466) mounts to the Viso and the
lens screws into this with focussing to infinity.

Also the lens mount (on a 280mm) unscrews and can be adapted to the bellows
II (16598) to allow from infinity to closer focus than standard lens can. I
assume than the 200mm is similar but I have experience of the 280mm ;-)
