correct
though some additional RRS clamps and plates
(or other machinery)
will be needed

The QR clamp can be removed from the top of the Acratech GP Ballhead and
installed on the bottom to flip it over so no additional parts are needed
to use it as a leveling panning head.

(I have no finanical interest in this product, only a fascination with the
ingenuity behind its design.)
