He painted so many canvases that he probably had a phase/period for every
colour you can think of! (-:
On the whole he was pretty restrained in the use of colour. I actually like
his drawings better than his paintings - he was an amazing draughtsman, with
a fantastic line, something that those who only associate him with his
cubist period and later do not realize.
