50+ years here.  I bought a IIIf in Baton Rouge when I was 19 and a
sophomore in college.  Sold it to a friend in VN after I bought M2 and M3
bodies there to take advantages of the low PX prices (1966).  I remember
paying $323.50 for the M3 with DR Summi NIB.  Paid $131 for the M2 body in
HK.  I still have both M's as well as an M6, CL and IIIc.
