We found a really cool road that ran NW out of Blanco, TX. Rocky Road to be exact. We drove north and turned off to go to the Benini Sculpture Ranch. A very interesting destination way off the beaten path. After leaving the Ranch we were driving back to Rock Road through open range. For those of you not familiar with open range, the road goes through livestock pasture. There are usually cattle guards at either end to keep the stock on the right side of the fence. However, there is nothing between you and critters once you are inside the fenced area. Driving slowly and minding the animals, we encounter a mule in the middle of the road and a horse off to the side of the road. We had to stop as the mule was there first and had right of way. Naturally curious, the mule inspected the car & us. All of the cameras were in the back of the wagon. All I had handy was my LeicaBerry phone camera. The results were odd to say the least. Lisa insisted that I share this photo with the world! I hope you all like it. <http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/venchka/blackberry/Donkey-00319.jpg.html> One more. From the LeicaBerry.
