When you look at a flower as your subject instead as an object, it gains a difference. I don't take offense, except it does dismay me that people tend to think I shoot flowers because it is easy. Though I don't bother with macro gear and the like, I do spend a good deal of time in the hunt, and sometimes come back looking for better light. And if you think it looks odd on a Leica list, think how it must look on an International Archivist's List! (By the way, THEY are far more complimentary of the photography than Leica people are!)
