Once you have your development times calibrated to the speed and light, they are very flexible. I typically affix Noctilux, meter the light, and figure out what I can get away with in terms of shutter speed, then set ISO accordingly. Past 6400 they get grainy and lose sharpness, but not as much as you might think. One thing to watch out for is that the latent image of these films is not very stable; you need to process promptly, and store carefully between shooting and develoing, or you get a perceivable loss of quality. This is inevitable with the nature of the materials.
