Jean-Michel, obviously digital is more convenient and better than film in a
million ways. However, if you do want to try processing your own B&W, it's
really simple to do. Just a tank and holder and pennies for the chemical.
If you have a decent flatbed (V600 or above), then you could get decent
images too.

Worth it? Only you can decide.
