Some of you have asked about how to get books printed cheaper than Blurb.
 At PhotoNola, one of my reviewers was Mary Virginia Swanson.  She had lots
of good information including a very, very cheap printer.

You can have a 60 page book printed for $12!!  She had some samples there
and they looked great.  She also said Magcloud are the actual printers for
several of the much more expensive book publishers.
