Very pro, with one exception.  If you use a polarizer, like I do, it is a
pain since the front element turns.  however, I still use it ( or will when
mine gets repaired after I dropped it ) and love it.  Great image, and a
very good macro quality at times when I do not have my 100 APO.  I am using
it now on my D7000.

I couldn't find any information on the 35-70 f4 R in the archives.
Might be a problem with my searching skills;) Any opinions pro or con
on this lens?
