That's my take on it too Sonny. I definitely understand people not wishing to carry around a DSLR 24/7. I don't and wouldn't carry the R8/DMR or 5D as the everywhere all the time camera. And if I didn't have the M8 - I'd be looking for something to fill the 24/7 slot. In terms of size, weight, and bang for buck the M8 beats anything else out there. So I'm delighted to be fortunate enough to have one. (And the M9 beats the pants off the M8. If I had one I'd sleep with it for the first couple years. Year 3 - I wouldn't let it out of my sight during waking hours.) Yet I definitely do respect people's choices. We're each unique and have our own criteria. When you're not using it Herb can I rent it? Regards, George Lottermoser george at imagist.com http://www.imagist.com http://www.imagist.com/blog http://www.linkedin.com/in/imagist
