Brands was my local race circuit; I lived about 35 miles from there and I made many visits there as a youngster. Wasn?t F1 just a better sport then. I know that driver safety was pretty awful then, so I can understand the need for advances in driver and spectator safety. But todays product seems just a bit sterile compared to those golden days.
