In most other places, the shops surrounding the square would need to be boarded up. Not here. An added bonus this year was that the mayor of San Sebastian in the Basque Country in Spain was on stage too, at the invitation of his Wroc?aw counterpart. The two cities will be European Capitals of Culture in 2016. Thanks for looking!
