Talent is scarce here Tarek.. , but LR provides magic wands/props :-) For Howard, David, Tarek and other curious minded fellow artists: Start from RAW - plain import "restore" and or dim highlights Decrease contrast Sharpness to the full + detail = max too Saturate a lot, decrease vibrance Add small sized grain, a lot Adjust tones and TSL to taste This is the basic recipe, I bet that you can get as many satisfactory results as there are visions :-) Hope this helps Jim S offered me the following tips off list: autochromes tend to get towards blue/green and WB can be helpful in this respect. Also most Autochromes don't display vivid colours (I have seen exceptions though) so the luminance slider might want to be pushed to the left. So here is another Philichrome BTW that is perhaps closer to a classic autochrome, Jim? http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Phileica/Doulce+France/Philichrome+Five+-+The+Spire-1040144.jpg.html (pls view large) Bien cordialement de Metz Philippe Le 8 janv. 12 ? 23:10, Tarek Charara a ?crit : > Etonnant?
