Depends on how you work.
If you find yourself closing windows or menus
In any particular program 
A larger screen will save a lot of that time.

If you ever plan on doing video
You'll need screen real estate.

Dreamweaver also requires a lot of area
To work efficiently.

If you multi task: Working on web site design - dreamweaver
As well as
image editing for the site - photoshop / lightroom
Illustrations - illustrator / fireworks
Editing text
Dealing with email instructions for the site
Etc.

Screen size can have a real effect on work efficiency
