I was NEVER able to get my Switar 13mm/f.9 to focus worth a darn, even when I used it on my H8 with the eye level focus attachment. It was a technical tour de force, as well as a very expensive option (about $160 new, as I recall). On the other hand, I've never had a problem with my Switar 13mm f1.5, which I regularly use on my D8L. A fantastic lens in almost every way, and it made Kodachrome a lot more useable.
