I know a guy who uses SPUR DSX and Agfa Copex Rapid as his Techpan replacement and seems happy with them. I think he liked Adox CMS 20 as well, but I don't recall. As far as more conventional films, I see the usual suspects have been mentioned: PanF+, Delta 100, Acros 100. What always confuses me is that T-MAX 100 wasn't mentioned. Also a good film. From what I've seen, it's the one I like the most, though it might be a bit flat for you (increase development, print on harder grade, etc.) If you ask me, PanF+ is the coarsest grained one of the 4. It's also pretty contrasty, as in it has a more limited ability to capture scene dynamic range. It is also the only one that is a 'traditional' grained film, if that is important to you. Of course, if you need long exposures, it's hard to argue with Acros 100 - hardly any reciprocity failure. But they are great films.
