Sort of.  The difference was that I could only afford to buy used, so I 
happily am still using older Leitz lenses and LTM Nikkors.  My newest RF 
lens is probably the early sixties Canon 50mm f/1.2 that I got from a 
friend. The only Leica equipment I ever bought new was a table tripod 
($12.50 I think) and the small ball head ($17.50). Before our office went 
digital, I used this personal on the job when the assignment was best 
handled by a rangefinder.  Wish I still had that option.  ;~(
