The difference was that I could only afford to buy used, so I happily am still using older Leitz lenses and LTM Nikkors. My newest RF lens is probably the early sixties Canon 50mm f/1.2 that I got from a friend. The only Leica equipment I ever bought new was a table tripod ($12.50 I think) and the small ball head ($17.50). Before our office went digital, I used this personal on the job when the assignment was best handled by a rangefinder. Wish I still had that option. ;~( Alan Alan Magayne-Roshak, Senior Photographer UPAA POY 1978 University Information Technology Services University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee amr3 at uwm.edu http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/Alan+Magayne-Roshak/ "All the technique in the world doesn't compensate for an inability to notice.
