I currently use Neat Image when I feel a need to do that, and have found that small ajustments are best. I have made and posted an adjusted image, which is slightly smoother, without looking artificial. Others may have differing opinions. I am still using Windows XP, so the latest and greatest software is not an option at this time. Original image, as posted: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Cardinal+Female+ISO+1600.jpg.html Same image with a minimum amount of noise reduction: http://gallery.leica-users.org/v/OldNick/Cardinal+Female+ISO+1600+NI.jpg.html Any comments?
