I love the photography of those who shoot under this type of lighting. Be it colour or B&W! This photograph of Rosa just shines off the page beautifully! Natural, delightful colour and whatever kinds of positive adjectives one wishes to use. All your material from the southern countries is remakable, simply because you capture the mood and truthfulness of the homes and people becase you don't blast with a flash! There isn't any question, if people want photographs that predominently stand out from the crowd and pop off the screen as yours always do......... LEAVE THE FLASH AT HOME and shoot your images by the natural light of the scene! Are you going to lose some frames?? Quite possibly? But if you do, it wont be the fault of the light level, but your own for not learning how to handle a hand held camera at slow shutter speeds. And not jiggling the camera during a half second exposure! :-) To accomplish this.........? PRACTICE, PRACTICE AND DO IT TEN TIMES MORE WITHOUT BLINKING AN EYE! AND UNTIL YOU DO IT WHITHOUT EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT! If you are firing a weapon and you want to hit the bulls eye every shot, what do you do? QUITE SIMPLE INDEED........... YOU PRACTICE UNTIL YOU DO IT WITHOUT FAILURE! Ergo the camera handling is exactly the same! cheers, Dr. ted
