RE: M9P in a Fashion Studio An alternative is the "Thumbie" by Steve Barnett - http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_R_QxXuRHVKY/TLnMgADXz6I/AAAAAAAAAAQ/J3D9iz94iJw/s1 600/M8+M9+Thumbie_3828.jpg I moved from a TU to this and find it more comfortable, also cheaper (40UKP + P&P I think). It may look fragile (it is solid brass) but mine has been on for over a year with no issues and that is using some of the heaviest lenses for M. Might find one on eBay or talk to Steve directly barnet at globalnet.co.uk john -----Original Message----- I just visited the Match Technical site, and they list no Thumbs Up with a hot shoe, so the question remains. If using a Thumbs Up, how to trigger a flash without a PC socket? I like my Thumbs Up, but would probably get one with a hot shoe if available. Although, they don't come cheap. _______________________________________________ Leica Users Group. See http://leica-users.org/mailman/listinfo/lug for more information
