That's what it's all about when half the face is covered with a mask! Besides we can tell what is happening or the listener is responding to what is being said due to watching the eyes while photographing our subjects anywhere. We hear with our ears! But we "LISTEN WITH OUR EYES!" If there is a conversaton going on the listener's eyes are usually entranced by the speakers words or sounds. "Click!" If you're shooting a speaker at a rally or performance. Don't shoot them while they are speaking, or in some cases singing. Simply because it's about 99.9% you'll get a screwed-up miserable looking facial expression. Speakers will make comments and stop for a moment looking out over the audience responding, "CLICK! Singers similarly so. The eyes of a subject can tell far more about their inner feelings good, bad or ugly depending on what the situation is. Certainly in Charlie's #34 photo! She maynot find herself flattering but it's a damn fine photograph of her in action doing her job! And that's far more important than her not liking the photo. cheers, ted Subject: Re: [Leica] IMG: Doctors in the House - Just for Dr Ted
