[Leica] Using the Fuji X Pro-1

Ed, I have been doing this ever since Adobe introduced the DNG converter -
I go from the card to DNG and then work with the DNGs. It has worked
beautiful with Olympus, Panasonic, and Fuji X100 RAW files. I've never
wasted time with the proprietary convertors.
