I have a clear preference for '8674. I shows much more of Sr Vasquez' face
as well as the cat's face (and no, I don't think the lack of sharp focus on
the cat is a problem?its hopes are clear from the body language and that's
more important to this photo than sharp whiskers). Showing only a subject's
chin and gaping mouth seems a bit disrespectful as well as leaving the
viewer wondering what he looks like. And all in all, this picture seems
somehow more complete and composed (not in a photographic framing and
positioning sense, but something else) than '8646.
