Just one or at most two glasses of wine at dinner. Gotta tell y'all how I quit after after over forty years of smoking. I got a job at Apple. That company is one great big no-smoking zone. To defend against guys who might smoke while working all night in an almost empty office, there was a sign saying: "Don't even think of carrying a lighted cigarette down this corridor." Well, for two weeks, every time a colleague left the building to have a smoke out front, I followed him and bummed a cigarette. After those two weeks, I just quit! That was in 1986.
