However I'd have a B&W camera handy simply because there will be a situation crying out for B&W. And only you will recognize that as you stand there looking at the scene. Will all those decisions be perfect each time? NOPE! If in doubt shoot the situation in both and make the final cut when you see them side by each on the screen or a print side by each. Many many moons ago when on assignment it was mandatory to shoot as much as possible in B&W and colour. ERGO? The beginning of me always working with two cameras 99% of the time. Which of course over time and type of assignment it became hanging oneself with 5 cameras, M'S & motor driven R's. Looked like a Christmas tree at times! :-) My gut feeling is continue as you are, but have a B&W camera handy just in case. And as I said ... "If in doubt shoot the scene in both!" Looking forward to some interesting and exciting photographs. Good luck with it as I have no doubt it will result in a smashing good project will shot! cheers, ted ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gerry Walden" <gerry.walden at me.com> To: "Leica Users Group" <lug at leica-users.org> Sent: Sunday, July 22, 2012 10:11 AM Subject: Re: [Leica] IMG: Old Northam project - FOR TED > Ted > > thanks for taking the time to look at my project, and for commenting as I > value your input greatly.
