it is interesting that photographers and the general public have had to
file lawsuits separately each time in boston (Simon Glik), new york
(separate cases for Amtrak and the Federal Protective Service covering
public Federal buildings) and now washington d.c. for the Metropolitan
Police.

one is thus forced to conclude this unconstitutional restriction must be
fought for each individual city by individual persons.

i await news of carlos miller's lawsuit in miami next.
