"EXERCISE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO! EVEN IF YOU WALK 20 MINUTES A DAY!" He does that and more at 94 years! :-) And I bet he's got far more get up and go than the lady in the photo. If she doesn't lose some of that obese weight she doesn't have a hope of seeing too many more years. Let alone 94! And I thought I was doing great at the age of 80, three years ago and doing 80 sit-ups twice a day. Actually I could do 100, but 80 was the goal for my 80th birthday! And I made it with perseverance and commitment to feeling better. :-) I stopped sometime later for personal reason's of tending to my wife's needs. Unfortunately she didn't make it and the darkness settled in! :-( But I'm hopefully now back on track sort of both walking and sit-ups, (Barcelona and the UK) re-started the engine! With the full intention of making it 100 sit-ups by Christmas! :-) Hell you just make-up yer mind and get at it! :-) Sort of do it! Or die? I don't intend on dying until the day of my 100th birthday and I want to be able to "kick-ass" so to speak jokingly, :-) until at least the day before the 100th! :-) But as close as I possibly can! :-) It's all about the attitude of loving life and doing something with it! :-) Not just for oneself! But when asked for help! Old motto! "You get what you give!" cheers, Dr. ted :-)
