I started the day with a long walk in the centre of Oakland while my son worked out in a local gym. The weather was great, and many people were enjoying the sunshine, including this se?orita on the square in front of City Hall: http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2072345755&k=GdjXgSM&lb=1&s=O Later in the day, we walked across the Golden Gate bridge and back, one of the classic "things to do" when visiting here. I attempted to make "different" pictures of the bridge and the views, in addition to the standard ones. This, I believe, is Angel Island: http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2072345802&k=Dm8bG8R&lb=1&s=O Finally, in the evening, while walking to the nearby Zachary's Pizza to pick up dinner, I happened upon this strange scene in the largely deserted BART parking lot: http://www.greatpix.eu/All/Picture-A-Day/4253606_kdsZ6C#!i=2072345830&k=RWdHb5T&lb=1&s=O No day in the Bay Area can be complete without a touch of weirdness.
