They have a machine that strips the grapes from the stems and the juice and skins go straight into vats to sit for awhile and turn into wine. I have lots of photos of that, too, but it's just not as interesting as stomping. I prefer the MM ;-) but even more, I prefer having a dedicated B&W camera.
