After following your link......Neither was CNN apparently.

We have removed this post about a sexual therapy center in Israel after
learning that the photos did not meet CNN standards.

Contrary to information provided to CNN by the freelance photographer, we
later learned that photos did not show one of the center?s clients, but
instead were staged.

CNN regrets the error.
