They are the easiest photographed because they are active during the day, when Lions and Hyenas are supine - otherwise they are apt to get their hard earned meals stolen. That is why Cheetahs do not scavenge, and they never come back to a kill they have made - both are too dangerous - they eat all they want and kill afresh again when necessary.
