The biggest were from images taken with the first m43 kit zoom, the Panasonic 14-45. I printed a couple at 30" wide, and they held up very well. They were better (more detail) than 645 shots I took on Fuji 160S film. I've not printed larger than 16" wide from the 100-300, and they looked good. I think it is a very competent lens, although not the very best. As I mentioned before, a little over a year ago I tested various combinations before I went to Kenya, and the best m43 combination I had at that time was the GH-2 and the 100-300 to capture distant animal shots. That combination beat out the Canon 7D with 100-400 for effectiveness regarding detail and overall IQ, although it was fairly close. Those two combinations have about the same overall magnification and field of view, so are directly comparable. The 7D is 18mp and the GH-2 is 16mp. The Canon setup was of course a lot heavier and bigger. I have a Leica 280/4 Apo that I can use on m43, but that lens is huge and heavy in comparison to the 100-300, and while it is definitely better optically, at 560mm to 600mm equivalent focal lengths, atmospheric conditions are usually the limiting factors, and the 100-300 has AF. On the OM-D now, both are of course stabilized.
