I want to thank all the commenters and esp Tina for finding the terms of 
service on their website - I tried and couldn't find them  which as Tina 
rightly points out works to their advantage.  So I copy and pasted the 
offending portion into a forum submission - lets see how long my membership 
lasts after that last stunt  :)
