Cameras with serious major mojo:
Leica M's
Leica R8/DMR
4x5 and 5x7 Linhof Tech
8x10 Deardorf
Hasselblad C
Rollei TLR
Nikon F
Olympus XA
4x5 Cambo Ultima

Cameras with a little mojo
Mamiya Universal 6x9 with 50 mm
Canon 20D with 10-22
Hasselblad XPan
Leica R3 MOT (only because of the glass)
5x7 and 12 x20 Korona view cameras

Cameras with NO mojo (though perfectly workable)
Canon 10D
Canon 5D
Nikon N
4x5 Toyo Omega N
8x10 Calumet C
