With the camera a set to f8 and 1/1000th (it's very bright here today) and the lens at hyperfocql distance, I was able to just put the camera to my eye and shoot as action occurred. It's faster than autofocus and a lot more fun. It also makes using manual focus lenses a pleasure. I had forgotten how useful hyperfocql settings can be.
