Wanted to shoot some film with various cameras recently, just to keep them in fettle (probably too late) - Leica R7 film transport is now blocked, Rollei 6006 medium format has blocked in mid-exposure cycle (possibly a battery problem, but the rechargeable battery packs are as rare as hens teeth), Leica R3 Mot mirror stays up after every third shot and one of my Canon A-1 bodies has developed the dreaded asthmatic squeal - all within one week. And to cap it all, my Nikon Coolscan V scanner is giving me error messages and lousy results.
