Have you read each and every title/subject of Jim's photographs Steve? Perhaps others on the list use or interpret the term as code for something other than "beautiful young woman." When I see the word appear on the LUG or anywhere else for that matter I expect to see a "beautiful young woman" seems simple, respectful, short, easier to type, and without any further meaning whatsoever.
