Since I shoot mostly digital, the images are mostly color, but sometimes I convert to B&W for artistic reasons, and sometimes (most of the time) when I convert it is because I cannot get the damn colors to look right. Then afterwards I rationalize my laziness by saying the B&W is about photographing the soul etc. I love great B&W and I love great color. And fortunately, I get a lot of both from the talented people on this list.
