I installed LR5, then installed Nik using the new Google version and went nuts trying to enter my install codes. Gaaa! When I realized that the demo version (1) could not be converted to a paid version, and (2) had to be scrubbed clean from the computer before installing the non-demo version, THEN I ran into this issue. But I'm never sure when a computer has been scrubbed totally clean, so I'll try a complete uninstall using CleanApp after then Nik uninstall. CleanApp can sometimes find un-removed remnants.
