Hi Luggers,
So far today - and it is just after 2 pm - I have taken 93 hummingbird 
photos.
I like this one the best. It shows a female Rufous (at least I think it is a 
Rufous) Doug?
braking into a fuchsia. I like the brake position of the wings and that's 
why I chose it.

I cropped it to about 1/5 the image to highlight the 45 degree angle of the 
bird in the frame.
Taken, of course, with the D800E and the 300 f4.0 + 2 X extender on a tripod 
and developed in CS6
with some sharpening and noise reduction, ISO 6400, f11.0 1/2000.
