YEP looks just like mine did!  It's a 35mm 1.4 Summilux lens and lens 
shade!!!!! How do I know? Mine looked exactly the same. Then I unscrewed the 
front part and thew it in the re-cycle bin leaving only the inner ring of 
the lens shade on the lens.

I straightened mine out so often it began to cry everytime I straightened 
it! ;-)
