My father (not over-weight) used an Electric Scooter as he was unable to walk long distances. Eric (about the age of the lad in the shot) usta ride on Dad's scooter like that. The shot brought back some pleasant memories. Dad was disabled after an Air Force career of 30 years, WW II, Korea and Vietnam.
