I know I am repeating myself at times, but am still amazed that I can walk the same route (primarily Wellington harbour waterfront) several times a week and still find something to show; I notice the small things changing and the light is different and/or a different time of day produces different effects.....also changing camera or lens does different things. I sometimes wonder about using a 28mm or 35mm for a week and shooting more general scenes of where my details shots are from... I am expect I will be continuing in a similar vein as my contract will probably be extended, not that I want to be working more than 5 minutes from the sea ;-) john > -----Original Message----- > > > On Aug 30, 2013, at 5:41 PM, John McMaster wrote: > > > Quite a few again this week - which was, in case you could not guess, > designated a Noctilux week.... > > > > http://johnmcmaster.com/PAW/2013/35 > > > > C & C welcome > > fascinating > how I look forward > to seeing your visual "song" > always similar in its performance > with just enough variation > draw me towards it > > it reminds me of the few songs > that come out of my native american flutes and numerous harmonicas > > never exactly the same > yet always similar > with three motifs > > sad / bluesy > haunting > frisky / joyful > > Regards, > George Lottermoser > george at imagist.com > http://www.imagist.com > http://www.imagist.com/blog > http://www.linkedin.com/in/imagist >
