Simply because what you folks did? Was give me a reason each photo day to get on with the day and with a reason to keep going! No easy task some days. :-( One makes improvements, physically and mentally. You seem to be coming along nicely and on a kind of timeline schedule of recovery from the past 18 months that is on track. Then you slip back into an abyss that some days you ask, "What the hell am I doing here?" Because I had received one on one requests for advice on photos and Douglas's suggestion, I thought maybe this would be helpful for some in the crew? As well for myself? ERGO: assigned suggestions? And when some began to arrive it gave me a lift and a challenge to once again be some what helpful? Actually I thought one day "this might become a tad over powering as I'm not a fast typer in answering. :-) However, I did think I was coping? Unfortunately only to discover I began to miss some entries. Gotta develop a fixed answering system. :-) Comment only on one? I feel a comment that would/could be helpful should be made on each, quite often it's some simple item that makes or breaks a shot. I also realize many of the crew have no desire to "do an assigned photo!" Only because now the photography becomes a burden, rather than "a nice emotional gift of fun when I feel like it!" :-) I surely did not figure there would be hundreds....... almost can't cope already with those who seem to be regulars within a few weeks? In any event, if the crew are OK with this continuing? As best as I can? I would like to have it continue until I can't cope with answering. Or it becomes a useless babble on my part.:-( But you folks quite honestly do give me a great lift having something to do and playing photo editor. And maybe the nightmares will eventually go away??????????? cheers, Dr. ted :-) ==================================== > I must admit that I felt a bit guilty about not fully accepting the idea > of each new assignment.
